ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders can be placed through the 'Contact Us' page of the website or by calling us directly.

Alternatively you can arrange to visit our workshop just outside Glastonbury to discuss a specific commission or renovation. 

Once you let us know what creation you would like we will reserve the item/s until payment is made.

Payment for the item and / or delivery can be made in person, by bank transfer or via PayPal, whichever is most convenient to you. Just let us know and we will guide you through the process

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

For smaller items we use Royal Mail or Parcelforce and larger items we can organise a local courier.

All prices will be determined at the time of the order.
 

RETURNS

We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original condition. 

Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. Any return received by Tukosawa Creative after 14 days will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. 
It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
